Werabe University has launched a new campus-wide sustainability program focused on increasing green spaces, improving waste management systems, and reducing carbon emissions. The initiative is aligned with the UI GreenMetric standards and aims to transform the university into a model green campus in Ethiopia. Students and staff are actively participating in tree planting and environmental awareness campaigns to support the program.
